At Stolk CarParts, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.<\/p><h5 data-path-to-node=\"9\">How does it work?<\/h5><ol start=\"1\" data-path-to-node=\"10\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"10,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Register your return:<\/b> Send an email to info@stolkcarparts.com within 14 days of receipt or use our <a href=\"https:\/\/stolkcarparts.com\/en\/modelformulier-voor-ontbinding-herroeping\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>withdrawal form<\/b><\/a>.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Return the product:<\/b> After your notification, you have another 14 days to return the products to us undamaged and in the original packaging.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"10,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Refund:<\/b> We will refund the full order amount (including the shipping costs for the outbound shipment*) within 14 days of your return notification, provided the product has been received in good order. <br \/>Please note: Return shipping costs are at your expense.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><h5 data-path-to-node=\"11\">Important conditions:<\/h5><ul data-path-to-node=\"12\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"12,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"12,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Return costs:<\/b> The costs for returning the goods to us are at your own expense.
