Deze koperen afdichtring zorgt voor een betrouwbare afdichting van het brandstoffilterhuis en voorkomt lekkage van brandstof. De afdichtring wordt gemonteerd tussen het bovenhuis van het brandstoffilter en de centrale bevestigingsbout van het onderhuis en wordt aanbevolen bij iedere vervanging van het brandstoffilter.
