Are you not satisfied with your purchase? At Stolk CarParts, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
How does it work?
Register your return: Send an email to info@stolkcarparts.com within 14 days of receipt or use our withdrawal form.
Return the product: After your notification, you have another 14 days to return the products to us undamaged and in the original packaging.
Refund: We will refund the full order amount (including the shipping costs for the outbound shipment*) within 14 days of your return notification, provided the product has been received in good order.
Please note: Return shipping costs are at your expense.
Important conditions:
Return costs: The costs for returning the goods to us are at your own expense. For international shipments, any customs duties and taxes are also your responsibility.
Exceptions: Custom-made items (products manufactured according to your specifications), perishable goods, or sealed products whose seal has been broken cannot be returned.
Impairment: You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. If you go beyond that and damage occurs, we may charge you for the reduction in value.
If you return only part of your order, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
