Important

During maintenance, always check the entire supply line from the fuel tank to the fuel pump assembly for aging, damage, and leakage. A proper fuel supply is essential for the correct operation of the injection system.

We recommend that when replacing this fuel line, you also immediately tank strainer to replace. A dirty or partially clogged tank strainer can restrict the fuel supply, causing the fuel pumps to be subjected to heavier loads and a drop in fuel pressure. Also check the inside of the fuel tank for rust and contamination, as rust particles can damage the fuel filter, fuel pumps, and injection system.
