Fuel hose angled petrol hose – Mercedes W124 W140 W210 and for D-Jetronic
This pre-formed right-angle fuel hose is specially designed for applications where a sharp bend in the fuel line is required. Thanks to the pre-assembled bend, fuel flow remains optimal and kinking or compression of the hose is prevented.
Due to aging, the rubber inner layers can dry out, harden, or become porous. This increases the risk of fuel leakage. Preventive replacement is therefore recommended, especially for older Mercedes models.

Practical experience
In our workshop, we also regularly use this pre-formed fuel hose on Mercedes models equipped with a D-Jetronic injection system. At points where the original fuel hose makes a sharp bend, this hose prevents the line from kinking or being compressed. As a result, the fuel supply remains optimal and the operational reliability of the fuel system is increased.
Important
When replacing the fuel hose, also check the other fuel hoses, hose clamps, and connections for drying out, cracking, and leakage. For classic Mercedes models, it is recommended to replace aging fuel hoses preventively to prevent malfunctions and fuel leakage.
