Curil T2 is a high-quality, permanently plastic liquid gasket for sealing engines, manual transmissions, automatic transmissions, and other mechanical connections. Because Curil T2 does not harden but remains soft and flexible, it is particularly suitable for applications where paper gaskets are used.

In our workshop, we have been using Curil T2 for years for the installation of paper gaskets on Mercedes engines and manual and automatic transmissions. Even after many years, the gasket remains easy to remove without damaging the sealing surfaces.

4. Curil T2 is particularly suitable for applications where the gasket may come into contact with engine or transmission oil. When small amounts of Curil T2 enter the oil, they dissolve and are carried away to the oil filter. No hard particles remain that could clog oil channels or filters. Therefore, Curil T2 is our preferred choice for work on engines and automatic transmissions.
